Refund policy

Unless otherwise indicated, purchases made through our website are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to taste or texture preferences. However, if you receive a defective product, we’re happy to replace it.

Please contact us at hello@rootfoodsco.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Once an order leaves our warehouse and is in transit, we cannot refund, cancel, or edit it.
